Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and access controls
- Train end-users on new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of internship/volunteer IT experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and cloud platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
