Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate incident records
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site client visits)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
