Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud services
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on basic security protocols
- Assist with server monitoring and basic system administration tasks
- Train users on new software and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied office environments
