Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, and network devices
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Participate in system upgrades and IT infrastructure projects
- Deliver user training on new technologies and software applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
