Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with network connectivity, email configuration, and printer setup.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and resolve complex tickets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure equipment is ready for daily operations.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via phone and email promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and the internet.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
