Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document all support cases using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Assist with network monitoring and basic system maintenance
- Conduct user training on new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (AAS/BS preferred)
- 0-2 years of technical support or helpdesk experience
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
