Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Participate in IT infrastructure monitoring and preventive maintenance
- Support office technology setup during new employee onboarding
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based applications
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional on-site visits
