Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity setup and basic security protocols
- Document technical issues and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem resolution
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates

Qualifications
