Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients across diverse industries
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Ability to lift 30lbs and travel to client sites as needed
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
