Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security protocols
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment deployment
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking principles, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot systematically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
