Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and track all IT help desk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for printers, Wi-Fi, and office applications.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Perform routine system updates and security patching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
