Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki)
- Manage Active Directory and cloud services (Azure, O365)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 1/2 support with SLA adherence
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and patch management
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Linux fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
