Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, computers, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on special projects and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with non-technical users.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and support a 24/7 operational environment.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
