Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and enterprise applications
- Assist with network connectivity issues including VPN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Document technical issues and resolutions in service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on software applications and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied office environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
