Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the deployment and management of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Conduct regular system backups and perform routine IT maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting basics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
