Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system issues using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including access management and threat detection
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SOPs and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
