Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Perform regular system updates and security patching.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and software quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
