Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of all hardware and software licenses.
- Respond to incoming help desk tickets via email and phone with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our knowledge base.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure employees are proficient with company systems and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of computer architecture, operating systems (Windows 10/11), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Current enrollment in an accredited IT program or a recent graduate is highly preferred.
