Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex problem-solving
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Deliver user training on new technologies and systems
- Monitor system performance and conduct preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred or willingness to obtain
