Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone and email.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and update the organization's computer networks and servers.
- Assist in the deployment of new laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and web browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment (up to 40lbs).
- Willingness to obtain required IT certifications within 12 months.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn new technologies.
