Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Implement security protocols and maintain system compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
