Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and manage IT service tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and setup of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and software updates on office equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to identify system improvements.
- Document technical procedures and user guides for internal use.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for on-site support).
