Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal employees via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and peripheral devices.
- Document technical tickets and maintain accurate logs of all support interactions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems.
- Learn and utilize internal CRM and ticketing systems efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
