Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across 3 NYC offices
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco switches, Wi-Fi systems)
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on endpoint protection measures
- Assist in cloud migrations (Azure/O365) and SaaS application management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/O365 preferred)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license (occasional site visits required)
