Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Monitor system performance and resolve security vulnerabilities
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Manage user accounts and access permissions following security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a physical/server environment
