Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to upgrade systems and improve network performance.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset inventory records.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for new software and hardware rollouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is highly desirable.
