Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including resume screening and candidate communication.
- Coordinate new employee orientations and onboarding sessions to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage confidential personnel files.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
- Support the HR department with data entry and reporting tasks using HRIS software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
