Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate candidate records
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer documentation
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR-related experience, including internships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Passion for talent acquisition and building positive candidate experiences
