Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent
- Assist with employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Manage HR documentation and compliance records

- Conduct new hire orientations and maintain HRIS databases
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, FMLA, FLSA)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
