Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires including document preparation and orientation
- Assist with HR compliance tasks: record-keeping, policy updates, and reporting
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and maintain HRIS databases
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies
- Support HR analytics projects and prepare performance metrics reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
