Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with employer branding initiatives including social media content and career fair participation
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Generate recruitment metrics reports to track hiring effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment, HR internships, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and recruitment best practices
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional off-site recruitment events
