Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards)
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate candidate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of California employment regulations and best practices
