Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment management including job postings, sourcing, and candidate screening
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experiences
- Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Assist with compliance documentation and HR record maintenance
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
