Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Orientation: Welcome new team members to the company, assist with paperwork, and conduct orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Recruiting Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Offboarding: Assist with the exit process, including finalizing paperwork and conducting exit interviews to gather feedback.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software is preferred.
- Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
