Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations on every interaction.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products and services to clients.
- Manage cash drawers accurately and balance daily settlements at the end of the shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Learn and comply with all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher in Finance/Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
