Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with 100% accuracy.
- Open new accounts and assist existing customers with account inquiries and maintenance.
- Cross-sell financial products such as debit cards, credit cards, and personal loans to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller line area.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer daily and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business or finance is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high precision.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening.
