Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Learn and implement compliance regulations including BSA/AML procedures
- Assist with branch operations including opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reconciliation
- Build trust and rapport with diverse customer base through professional communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced financial environment
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn banking software
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessment
