Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service by resolving inquiries and explaining banking products effectively.
- Assist in the identification and cross-selling of financial products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards.
- Maintain strict adherence to branch security protocols, cash balancing, and audit requirements.
- Learn and execute non-cash transactions, including check cashing and account closures, under supervision.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with high concentration.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
