Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Open new accounts and assist in the cross-selling of financial products and services.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile the teller drawer.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
