Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet all customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming banking experience.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while adhering to strict bank policies.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers with precision, balancing daily transactions and maintaining audit compliance.
- Product Sales: Identify customer needs and cross-sell basic banking products such as savings accounts and debit cards.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness and organizing lobby materials to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve account issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified trainees.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
