Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service to diverse clientele through in-person and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products (checking, savings, loans)
- Utilize core banking software and digital platforms efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Qualifications
