Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, manage appointments, and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries, routing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee facility maintenance requests.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain data in CRM systems and spreadsheets, ensuring database integrity.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for team meetings, client lunches, and company events.
- Travel Arrangements: Book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
