- Secure $5M+ in research grants for forward-looking technology initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-level quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and neural network optimization
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for futuristic technology projects
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
