Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 landscape
- Develop scenario-planning models for industry evolution and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor and interpret data from emerging tech sectors (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts or trend analyses
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders
