Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen consumer experiences
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Publish annual 'State of 2026' whitepapers establishing industry benchmarks
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental ventures
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with patent analysis and technology life-cycle mapping
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year predictive accuracy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF or CFTE preferred)
