Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware issues for clients with zero prior experience required.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the brand in a high-volume environment.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve technical knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- No prior technical experience required—we provide all the training you need!
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote support.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
