Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for clients and internal staff.
- User Assistance: Provide friendly, patient, and professional support via phone and email during weekend hours.
- Hardware Setup: Assist with the configuration and setup of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on servers and network equipment to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Documentation: Log all support tickets, resolutions, and system status reports accurately.
