Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, installation, and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications and security best practices.
- Monitor IT inventory levels and perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
