Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Provide step-by-step technical troubleshooting and guidance for our client's software products.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert after completing our training program.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex escalated tickets.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master new technologies and support protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- A self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn new technologies and systems.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from our San Diego location.
