Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical applications.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Collaborate with the network team to resolve connectivity issues.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
